The Pond

Gang Warily Recreation Centre is home to a large, picturesque pond which is visited by many keen fishers all year round. The grounds are maintained regularly to provide you with a relaxing and scenic environment to fish in. We encourage users of the pond to send us any impressive catches so we can post it on our Facebook page. We have previously seen a fisherman catch a 22lb carp!

Our model boat club have priority of the Gang Warily Pond on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons 1pm-5pm. Fishing is permitted at the rear of the pond, Signage on either side of the pond will tell you where you can fish on these days.
